Dealer Marketing Specialist
1. Coordination and support of marketing communication of the assigned list of dealerships:
- Regular approval, monitoring of execution and post-analysis of marketing activities of a fixed list of dealerships (ATL, BTL, POS, CRM)
- Annual and quarterly planning of dealer marketing activities based on central advertising campaigns, approved budgets, brand business objectives and dealerships specific
- Making decisions on marketing bonuses of assigned group of dealers
2. Creative materials development:
- Development of creative materials (for ATL dealer communication channels and POS materials) for the dealer network in cooperation with agencies (agency briefing, task execution control, acceptance of work, transfer of materials to the dealer network) based on materials from the headquarter BMW AG
- Creation and development of local creative materials for the dealer network based on the business objectives of the BMW brand in Russia (photo and video content, development of communication materials)
3. Guidelines (manuals and instructions) for the BMW dealer network in Russia:
- Translation, adaptation and monitoring of dealers activities compliance with the communication guidelines / guidelines of the BMW brand from the moment they are received from the headquarters until the moment they are implemented directly into the dealer communication
- Development of local guidelines / manuals for dealers on launching new models, advertising campaigns, establishing customer service in the business processes of dealerships in Russia
- Support in the development of local guidelines / recommendations for dealer events (BTL)
- Development of requirements for the decoration of dealerships and control of their observance (briefing of auditors, development of instructions / marketing checklists development)
- Quarterly drawing up of a communication plan for the dealer network
4. BTL:
- Regular coordination and approval of the dealer events concepts and monitoring of reporting and results upon their implementation
- Organization of events for the opening of new dealerships
- Participation in the approval of the concepts of dealer events organized on the basis of the central activities / platforms of the BMW brand
5. Training of the dealer network marketers:
- Support in the preparation and organization of dealer marketing conferences and round tables
- Support in the preparation and organization of certification trainings for new marketers of the dealer network
- Conducting interviews with candidates for the position of dealership marketer
- Organization and conduct of training webinars for marketers of the dealer network
- Maintaining a closed telegram channel for the BMW dealer network in Russia: news within the company, news in the industry, useful training, articles, instructions
6. Document flow support:
- Coordination of paperwork for dealers' projects and internal projects of the department
- Coordination of document flow for the payment of dealer marketing bonuses
- Coordination of document flow for agency payments
- Optimization of processes for payment schemes
- Approval of estimates / budgets for dealer projects requiring financial support from the importer
- Approval of estimates / budgets of agency and related projects based on budget planning
7. Analytics and Reporting:
- Weekly tracking of the activities of competitors and the activities of BMW dealerships and development of report presentations. Presentation of such reports to management.
- Regular tracking of the results of marketing activities of the fixed list of dealerships and reporting on them. Analytics of key indicators on the fact of conducting activities (Reach. CPL, CPC, CPA etc.)
- Regular reporting on related projects within the dealer marketing department
8. Planning and reporting system for dealer marketing:
- Management and support of the internal marketing web-platform for BMW dealers
- Development of an interactive analytics block inside the web-platform
- Optimization of materials storage for dealers inside the web-platform
